Personal opinion on Kiffin - I think he will have some success. He’s got enough coaching connections that he can assemble a solid staff, and he’s a good play caller. We know he can recruit well. I don’t think he will be able to make much difference this cycle because it’s too late. Early signing day was a game changer.

I’m not sure any success he does have will be sustainable. First, the SEC West is brutal. Second, managing an SEC program is a lot different than managing FAU. A LOT more goes into the HC role. People shouldn’t forget that he failed miserably at managing his last major program (USCw).

We beat GSU or BYU the MCB isn't really in the picture. It is what it is... we made a bowl after a terrible start to the seaon. I'm fine with the MCB this year. Let's get a win and finish strong recruiting.

You're right about the value of bowl games. Sometimes you get an intriguing matchup but otherwise they are almost forgettable. In the end, all of this talk really doesn't matter. I think Pruitt has us pointed in the right direction regardless.

Lots of schools would have to shutter football programs without that money. Not a fan of losing the FCS games.

If we played MSU, UK and Mizzou close, there's no indication we just steam-roll Louisville. A win would be a 4 quarter grind.

One Vol team was Kiffin distracted during bowl week, the other was disappointed and didn’t want to be there. I think this team will be disappointed to go to Nashville but happy to be going anywhere

I went to MCB when we got screwed over by refs. I about froze.

I was there too @volatil. Frigid game for sure! This is probably the most memorable game I’ve been to aside from the bs ending. Story time incoming...

I was in the men’s room about 25 deep in the urinal line. A young man (17-18) approaches urinal, steps back approximately 4ft., drops his drawers to his ankles, bare azz exposed to all and begins to rainbow it all the way to the urinal. Everyone is in disbelief at this point. All you heard was wth?, holy sh!t!, and wtf?

Next trip to the bathroom. Once again 25 or so deep in line. Tennessee fan decked out in orange steps up to urinal to do his biz. Zips up and proceeds to exit. An exchange begins between TN fan and a NC fan.

NC fan...”hey buddy, we wash our hands after we take a leak in NC”.

TN fan...”that’s good! we don’t piss on our hands in Tennessee!”

The men’s room was quite eventful!

I would like to ask you guys and gals to please pray for my mother..I am in Knoxville taking a turn staying with her this morning..the different chemos, immunotherapy and radiation treatments gave not impeded the progress of her cancer at all. There will be no more treatments. The lesions in her brain are impeding her mentally, and the ones in her lungs are pressing on her esophagus making it hard for her to eat when she is hungry, plus of course the difficulty in breathing.



This is hard...and I HATE IT so much.
