What most UT fans are responding negatively to is UT projected to go in-state to the MCB while UK is projected to go to the Gator Bowl. UT is #3 in the SECE and beat UK, which finished #5 in the SECE. Since the Gator Bowl is widely perceived to be more desirable than the MCB, that placement is going to cause some dissent.

Of course, anyone planning on receiving a new ski parka and Gore-Tex gloves for Christmas might feel otherwise.
