Oh, so we're at this part of the roller coaster tonight.

Then, yes, would have liked to had a couple like Toto and Wright again this year but the core of the class is as good. Instant impact is always good but hope that it's not a "absolute need" again.
Solidify our current place, show improvement, get back in the conversation for the elites when we show them.

It’s a good not great class with the close we’re about to have if Joseph and Washington.

Without those guys it’s just average. With it is a good class. We will improve with last years class and this years class. That improvement leads to more wins. More wins leads to better recruiting classes.

Who do you think will be instant impact. I see 2 maybe 3 at best
We will have to wait and see. But the main thing is many will have an impact at giving us the depths we need to play four quarters. Some may even push for starting time. But moaning about nobody's going to come in and take over when they have not signed much less stepped foot on campus is borrowing misery.

Depth class means meh class

We haven't even played one of them close, Im not confident at all
I was at Tuscaloosa, we played them tough. Bama fans were nervous in the 4th.

By the end of the year, this team was totally different than early on. I bet by next year we see more leaps forward. I’m more worried about Florida than I am Georgia. No idea what we will see with OU either (but I don’t care as much since they are OOC)

Ravens are gonna screw over the Titans again by resting Jackson in Week 17 giving the Steelers the wild card

You mean guys like toot and Wright who at this point last year none of the people complaining right now thought we had a chance to land? Those guys? Interesting.

It is an underwhelming class as it looks today. However, after the first two losses it looked like we were trending for disaster. The staff basically stopped the bleeding of their own self inflicted wound. You have to decide if they get credit for that or not, but I’m just glad we’re not in the middle of a coaching search.

If we add Washington, baron, Joseph, perry, and Whitehead this week that would be good for 11th in the country with 23 commits..we will add 3-4 more prospects too..it’s a solid class..sure we would like to have had a couple but the sky isn’t falling and I don’t think the hardy recruitment is over either

It’s the same rationalization as for the duds Butch trotted out his later years.

2017 class was an indication that Butch had lost the program. What should have been momentum had recruits running the other way. Those weren’t depth classes those were poop classes. This is a different situation, recruits need Pruitt to prove he can win. No one can deny he went a long way to proving that with this years turnaround. 2021 recruiting momentum (and how we close this year) should give us the answer.
