Meh. Cause what you'd really like to see is how the instate '21 and '22 Lady Vols recruits are doing...

Guys, I lost my cat Smokey yesterday. I know most of you are probably dog guys, and I was too, but he became my best friend. We'd watch every game together and drink coffee on the porch every morning. I am absolutely crushed. This is how he'd watch the games with me 😭View attachment 256920
I so know how you feel. Hugs

But you put a knife right through Lo Pan's forehead ?

All I know is that this Lo Pan character comes out of thin air in the middle of an alley, while his buddies are flying around on wires cutting everybody to shreds, and he just STANDS there, waiting for me to drive my truck straight through him, with LIGHT coming out of his mouth?

The longer I work at a university, the more I'm convinced that the "support staff" think that I became a prof to make their life easier.

I wonder if athletic department folks have to deal with the same kind of crap we have to deal with on the academic side. I'm thinking that the athletic department doesn't have to fight over travel expense reimbursement like we do.

I don't know if there's an easier way to check this since I'm not an ESPN "insider" (lol) but I just went through their current rankings and top 300. Because I'm bored...Check the stats

Current Top 300 Commits: 7 (9 + Evans/Wideman)
8th in the SEC (would move to #7)
4th in the East (would move to #3)

With 7 we are ranked #19 (lol again) but adding Evans #16/Wideman #253 I would anticipate a decent jump on signing day as we would have as many or more ESPN300 commits than the following teams ahead of us:

SCjr - Mia - UNC - Wash - ND - Oregon - PSU - Okla

Depending on other teams movement, we should be looking at a fringe top10 class even from ESPN who has several players criminally under-ranked (ahem Harrison Bailey). Looks like another composite top 10 class ranking for CJP at the very least with all of our recent bumps on TOS.

For reference here are the top SEC teams and Oklahoma since we play them # of top300 commits

bama 19 - georgia 16 - lsu 15 - florida 12 - barn 12 - a&m 12 - okla 8 - scjr 8 - kent 5

It should be reciprocated....I work in a University as well, and I will say that some PI's don't think rules apply to them. I try to tell them that rules are there for a reason, not merely as a suggestion. I will say that sometimes the rules appear to be suggestions if the PI's bring in enough research money.
