I think I was saying he could play the position. Start...play...whatever...I was wrong.
As was I. I thought after watching EC play some RB in high school it would translate to a nimble footed NG/DT. I was wrong, too. Now, hopefully Matthew Butler goes off this year or I will be 0-2, for that DL class. Although, I saw potential in Bennett, also

Butler was graded the highest of any DL last season. I think he’s a shade below the starters but very productive. You should rest easy on that one.

Dude could rake

Fun fact:
There have been five home runs hit out of Dodger Stadium. Willie Stargell hit two of them. Up until 1997, he was the only person to have ever accomplished that feat, having done it twice despite it not even being his home field. Pretty damn cool.

Another fun fact:
That third homer out of Dodger Stadium in 1997 was hit by Mike Piazza, with a certain young fella named pismonque in attendance. Also pretty damn cool. Actually, waaaay damn cool.

ftr, 4th and 5th were McGwire in '99 and Stanton in '15.

I'm good with him being our Billy Ratliff this year...
I've watched a lot of '98 games in the last couple of weeks and how Ratliff didn't have at least a 5 year NFL career is beyond me. He made big play after big play in the '98 year. Maybe, it was all the future NFL players around him, leaving him unblocked (so to speak), but the potential was apparent, imo. If nothing else, he will never have to buy a beer in Knoxville or anywhere in Tennessee

Thought Dave Kingman might have made that list.

How do you know his intent? He says that word and I have no problem with anyone assuming it was derogatory. There is no defense for the context unless he is testifying about something he heard or read and is required to give a direct quote. What other context or intent could he have? Nothing defensible, IMO. Everyone swears. I try not to take the Lord's name in vain. But, swearing is way different than all the horrible connotations that come with that terrible word.

I've been involved in so many kinds of intense or meaningful conversations. Yet, never once run into a situation where using the actual term was necessary.

Surprised many find it unavoidable enough that we need a context judgement rule. Never experienced any difficulty with complete omission, personally.
Guess I'm just lucky.

Pruitt on Golic & Wingo right now.

I caught the end of him discussing being exited about the upcoming season. Also said that no player tested positive for COVID-19, only a grad assistant coach, who was isolated. Now discussing marching with the players.

Coach said so far none of the players have tested positive for Covid-19 but they do have 1 Graduate Assistant Coach who tested positive and is being quarantined for 14 days.

We got 6 months to go, but we might look back at this period as a very transformative and necessary time. A lot of great leaders, musicians, and artist are being molded by these events.
