I missed UT football this weekend. Even in agony they are who I want to watch. Hopefully Pruitt learns how to be a head coach and becomes the next Saban - but it won’t be by next weekend. I could see where it takes time to figure out what kind of staff you want to work with and for all of that to come together.

I missed UT football this weekend. Even in agony they are who I want to watch. Hopefully Pruitt learns how to be a head coach and becomes the next Saban - but it won’t be by next weekend. I could see where it takes time to figure out what kind of staff you want to work with and for all of that to come together.

It took Saban some years before he became the best coach in college football. Definitely doesn't happen overnight or even after several seasons. If LSU never hired him he may not have become the coach he is today.
