I’m sorry but I can never get to the point of hoping this team loses or bad things are going on with it other than what we see
So radio guys who have connections saying things don't make you think things are bad? AP and Brent on Vols podcast talking about guys transferring isn't bad? Hubbs stories the last few days aren't bad? Tweets from BM and DB aren't bad? Come on and you're smarter than that where there's smoke there's always some sort of fire even if its a little one.

Well, this will go one of two ways. Either HB turns out to be an above avg SEC QB and we finish .500 or better next year or Pruitt will be canned at the end of '21 season.

That statement comes from years ago when he wasn’t on our radar. He also broke into Neyland because he was an OM fan. Lol.

He was born in Oxford. I know the story, and he went into Neyland because his honeymoon was in Gatlinburg.

Briarcrest is 5 minutes from my house. He was there for years.

Look every single team that’s ever existed has players that are “disgruntled”. Every single team has issues yes even the winning ones. The voices of discontent are always louder on losing teams.

I’ll say this as simple as possible. CJP is going to be our coach next year and we dang sure better hope we don’t have more than “normal” amounts of players looking to exit. If we do Pruitt has no shot at making it and the next coach will have a 3-5 year rebuilding project.

At worst we need Pruitt to be our Zook and he can’t be that if players hit the door this off season

Im aware Pruitt will be here next year, I expect at least 2 more from him no matter what. But if he's going to keep the young guys saddled to the bench while some of these older guys continue to struggle then I would 100% expect some transfers and more than the normal amount.

Arkansas ate an 11.9 million buyout to fire Chad Morris. That on top of the 12 million buyout they had just agreed to with Bielema. But we are told we can’t afford it despite being far larger and more profitable than Arkansas ever dreamt of being.

It can be done and it needs to be done.
IIRC, Arkansas has Walton/Wal-Mart money amongst their boosters.

So we finally began employing @Bassmaster_Vol as a bag man after all.

if you think that I guess that’s why I am shocked you are hoping for a lot of disgruntlement currently
I think Pruitt was told he has 5 years no matter what. I saw how long Fulmer gave Holly. Where did I say I hope there are disgruntled players, im basing everything off reports from people connected and players tweets. Pruitt himself has said he's got faster, better, stronger players on the bench so they deserve to be pissed, and if some transferring is what its going to take for Pruitt to play them then so be it.

We will fire more guys who aren’t at fault to buy Germy another year so we can watch the slide go further until he is finally fired. An unexpected star candidate will emerge that everyone is happy with only we will be told that we can’t afford it. We will then hire another loser while the boosters and powerbrokers pat themselves on the back for a great hire. The presser will happen and many of us will hop on board reluctantly. As the season nears, more will have talked themselves into it. We will watch Coach McGoogle flail around and tell ourselves he needs more time despite the red flags and talent. Then the slide will begin anew.

I think I am going to keep reposting this for those who still don't get it. Truth.

The powers that be don't know how to build an elite program and have not known how for nearly 20 years. You do not even have to know them personally like some on here do to understand that truth. It's evident with the coaching disasters. Do you expect the same people who make the decisions and provide the funds for the coaching disasters will all of sudden wise up and do it the way elite program schools/boosters do? Go ahead and believe that. Hope it works out well because we sure need something good to happen. Personally, I will reserve judgment until I see it first. Maybe after some more firings we will luck up and a Rick Barnes type will walk in the door because he simply wants to be here. I might even resume financially supporting them if that happens. Until then my money and time will not depart for Vol football beyond a few hours on the couch on Saturdays. I suspect that is also the case with tens of thousands of Vol fans. If this program was all that they would never have to beg people to buy tickets or donate to the athletic fund like they do.

Prayers for his family. Passes after a battle with cancer.

Prayers indeed.
While the UT players didn't put up much of a fight, you could see the Kentucky offensive line was playing very motivated in the 2nd half of our game which turned out to be the last game this man was able to coach in.
