At the moment is the key. At the moment Fulmer can be 100% behind Pruitt while also 4 weeks from now moving on because he lost to Vandy and got blown out 3 more times

Minds will definitely change if we inevitably lose 3 of our next 4. And worse if we also lose to Vandy. It’ll force his hand.

i sometimes envy you younger ones...you don't know what you're missing. i know for my kids, who are a generation behind you, they truly have no idea, not even a childhood memory of that "one year" we were good lol.

for the Gen X crowd...

this has been a long, long, long decade+.......

for the majority of my child hood and up until my mid 30's...basicaly my entire life up until i was about 35...we were a relevant program, and were good to very good most years...elite for more than a couple of years....

to see what we've seen since 2005 really has been....well, not much fun.

Yep, I'm a Gen X'er. One of the first games I remember clearly was the Sugar Bowl vs Miami.

My kids are young. 12, 11, 10, and 8. The two boys are 11 and 10 and they don't really care a whole lot about Tennessee. They were both excited when HB signed because they are Marietta fans and play youth football for the Blue Devils. My youngest son wears #5 because of him. That has faded throughout the year though as he really hasn't gotten a chance.

They are both, as of right now, more into Clemson because they liked Deshaun Watson and Trevor Lawrence. Tennessee is losing a whole generation of fans because we can't get this straightened out.

And the best part is there won’t need to be “a search”. Our next coach is in Lynchburg, VA just waiting for the call.

Just read the USC 247 board and they are angry they won’t be able to hire Freeze and scared to death that UT will.

It’s such a no-brainer for UT to make this happen. I’m going to lose my sht if they don’t.

The tail-end of this season/early offseason could be absolute madness here. We might have a "full blown coaching search" despite our current coach not being fired.

Hey I agree with that. I’m the same way. I’m cool with everyone til they get sideways with me. I can appreciate a different viewpoint as long as it’s not completely incorrect and ridiculous. Nothing wrong with a different viewpoint especially if it’s an intelligent take.
