He would be leaving an insane amount of money on the table if he fails as head coach. Yeah he gets a buyout, but how much more money would he have if he became a 15 year head coach.

He retained Barnes when he almost left for UCLA. I think that was a great move.

Sure, but I thought he was questioning hiring new coaches. Keeping Barnes was huge for the university and good for Phil.

Play Bailey the rest of the year. Dump Chaney after the season, promote Osovet, let him perfect the RPO with Bailey in the offseason. It is the most realistic path and I fully support it.

Kinda hard to judge him when you’re QB doesn’t throw to the open guy and throws pick sixes on a regular basis and you don’t trust him to run a 2 minute offense.

Give your all is what they want the fans to do. Fans show up win or lose. Spend money win or lose.

They know this which is why they have no incentive to make a change and hire a big time coach. We have been the most faithful fan base over the past 12 years even when we have got nothing in return from the University.

If they keep the gump fans have to stop going to games and spend your hard earned funds elsewhere. When we stop showing up just because it is Tennessee things will finally start to change.
