Sorry man. We just got back to Knoxville having spent our last 3 days in different hotels. As we were traveling for Thanksgiving Wednesday to SE GA our pup became sick around 8pm. Closest place that was open was two hours away in Warner Robins so we rushed there. Finally got him admitted around 2am. He was anemic at that point. Thursday morning they said we had to get him to Atlanta for a blood transfusion as it was unlikely he’d make it back to Knoxville. So we did and today he was finally considered stable. Now we are finally home with no answers as to what’s going on. Hopefully the UT Vet internal medicine can help come Monday. They are family. Praying for y’allMan ......this year just keeps getting worse. Our family dog passed away unexpectedly this evening Not even a year old.
F*** man.
Well, hasn’t that been the case for the last decade?Strike gold? Chilling statement.

This is a good job. But it’s a hard one with an intense microscope.
It used to be top 10, it’s probably top 25 at this point.
The Sabans and the Meyers don’t leave sure things for this job. They just don’t.
It doesn’t mean we can’t be successful. It’s just a different path.
I know someone who talks to the coaches and has been to practice. It is Pruitts call. Kirby and Muschamp syndrome. They don’t know how to evaluate a QB.Pruitt is a defensive guy Chaney’s his highly paid OC - why do you say it was Pruitt and not his staff recommendations with JG (besides he’s the one announcing it in a press conference)?
Its like $1.6 million I think. Ansley's is $1 million and Friend's is like 900kI would rather Bailey have a full offseason with Cheney, rather than some new OC. Plus doesn't Cheney have a hefty buyout?
But I’d argue that Bama did strike gold with Saban. Remember that they wanted (and almost had) Rich Rod until he backed out and they stumbled into Saban.Thing is, you have to find someone worth “shooting” for and someone who will answer your call.
We called Chip Kelly last time. We made a dump truck offer to Mike Gundy.
People want us to be Alabama or Florida, but we just aren’t. There’s no version of Meyer or Saban for us. We’re going to have to strike gold.
For sure! And I would bet Rich Rod would have been pretty successful there had he taken the job.But I’d argue that Bama did strike gold with Saban. Remember that they wanted (and almost had) Rich Rod until he backed out and they stumbled into Saban.
Florida just went and got Meyer.
