3-5?! Hard to imagine being successful by doing that. How many assistants would that be in a two year period? Can anyone name a school that can do this other than Bama and still be successful?

In what way does Pruitt have leverage?

As tied in as Fulmer was (active participant) in recruiting if there's any inappropriate money or benefits etc it would be very difficult for Fulmer to claim ignorance. Dirt goes both ways and can lead to bigger issues with NCAA. If Pruitt wants to go he might negotiate an exit in that scenario but I've seen no indication from his side he'd be willing to do so.

Edit: and most importantly his contract.

It doesn’t matter.

Doing a completely 180 on staff changes with Skoal Can still in charge, will make no difference except make the next guy’s job harder.

The way I see it, either make the change now or finish it off. Let it rest in piece for all I care.

I’m the biggest UT fan ever. I grew up going to games with my grandfather. I will always be a fan and I would never want UT to lose no matter how bad it is.

That said, I’m not supporting this nonsense anymore and it is because I care so much.

Anybody supporting this absolute **** show next year if Pruitt (and Fulmer if he is part of this) is still around is a sucker.

They. Don’t. Care. They say they do and maybe they believe they do, but at the end of the day the people we have running this show aren’t showing it. They certainly aren’t selling it. They are putting personal pride and ego above the program.

The off topic boards and other stuff surrounding this site is great. I’m with you though, as far as football and what not I’m out. I’ll follow recruiting casually and will post in the game day threads, but as far as actually caring I’m done.

Donations, going to games, etc, is no longer a priority. I have better things to do and spend my money on.
