The SEC is going to rapidly descend into like 4 decent programs and then a bunch of absolute dumpster fires. I think coaches are opting out of wanting in this conference.

There is truth to this and the money from the SEC tv deal will only serve to keep those have and have nots.

3 days after the game and we don't yet have an announcement OR a statement of confidence in Pruitt....

That either means 1) no decision has been made (which is embarassing that it has taken this long to mull over) or 2) the decision has been made and they're getting their ducks in a row to sign the replacement.

But after 3 days of "we don't know yet," that doesn't instill a whole heck of a lot of confidence in Pruitt and this staff. If you're gonna roll with them, you should've announced it already.

If UT will not look at Freeze, what makes you think they would look at Briles? Both Briles and Freeze are win at all cost guys and UT is not ready to deal with the down side of win at all cost.

I don't disagree with you, but Freeze and Briles are the two best known commodities that would take this job. They would win, it's just a matter if they can get to the next level.

Urban, campbell, stoops or whoever aren't coming here.

Napier and some of the other names thrown around are probably better than what we have, but they certainly not home runs/can't miss guys. I'm not convinced they do any better than Dooley/Butch/Pruitt, but they could
