But look at Florida and Alabama now. Swiss cheese secondaries! Alabama does have a stout rush defense. My point is they both are still capable of giving up 46 points and still winning the game.

It’s really nothing special. He has no experience with a Power 5 school and has been handed everything he’s had. He won’t be anything but average in the SEC.

Most of our candidates are finishing their seasons on Saturday. I wonder if an announcement is made after Saturday. It gets everyone through Christmas and seasons... then boom! Coaching search time.

This is a good point. Add in Christmas, covid, funerals and investigation, I don't understand why it had to be by today. Didn't AP say something about January?
