Unfortunately for coaches, UT is a destination where dreams go to die. There is <1% chance CJP is going to be fired. He will be the coach next year. Most of the issues I witnessed this year was a lack of performance by the team. There were open WRs consistently that did not receive the ball. Horrific attempts at blocking by the OffensiveLine. A Defensive Line that played possibly the worst in the country. And the list goes on. CJP's biggest mistake this year was tying up to JG, but he really didn't have too many better options---HB was definitely not ready, maybe Shrout could have done better. Possibly. In a Covid19 year, CJP went with experience and a VFL that just didn't turn out like we hoped. Here is to 2021 and CJP. It will be his time to shine or look at being replaced.

I know one of the chefs that has worked at UT during the past three years and he stated he couldn’t stand Pruitt bc he talked down to him like that poster is describing.

If CJP stays for 2021, it will be the most Apathetic season of TN football ever. Even worse than the lame duck CBJ or Dooley.

Deep down in my heart, I truly believe that the Administration MUST know this.

I still have hope.

Pacific is great. Best views (other than sheep ranch)

Old Mac is a beast especially if the weather is bad but the views are unreal. They are eventually allowing all the greens to turn to Poa annua which is what Old Mac is...

Bandon is the classic and probably the most fun. Wide fairways with signatures holes everywhere.

Trails is good but it goes away from the coast so we began avoiding it 2 years ago simply because we all want to play along the water as much as possible. Play it once but stick to Pacific and Bandon as much as possible. It’s the hardest to walk as well.

The most fun you’ll have is on Perserve, the par 3 course. We always play it after a round in the afternoon. We make up games, use each other’s clubs, call our shots, etc... It’s the most fun you’ll have with the boys.

McKeys is the best restaurant. Get the uncle Larry’s burger to begin with. The wings are the best you’ll find and you have to try the Scottish eggs at least one night. Ask them for the pecan pie with ice cream but before they bring it, ask them to heat it up first. Unreal. Also, the best coffee on the planet... make sure you take a bag or 2 from your room home with you.

That is lousy and I can't believe people would think that is true. People need to go back and read their comments from a year ago. People raved about CJP's no nonsense demeanor. His dialect. His Alabama roots. The coach is ultimately responsible for the season and I feel their were some coaches who weren't into coaching this year and some players who weren't into playing. Perfect Storm=Crappy season.

What do you want him to say? there is not anything to report. Their are investigations ongoing. until all that is done there will not be a decision made one way or the other. Let everything play out first. Or he could make stuff up like a lot of people and just let us run with it. Sorry he is not saying what you want to hear, but I would rather know what is really going on than what I want to believe is going on.

We can both choose to disagree. I appreciate your comments and I would be right there with you if I thought we could hire someone better, but I have witnessed too much history to think otherwise. Other than Kiffin, we have never really gone outside the box and made a great hire.

Why do these stories only come out when we want a coach fired? His first couple of years it's always he's great, way better than the douche of a coach we had before...then all the reports say this coach is as douchey as the last one.

I’d honestly love to see us fire Pruitt and promote Tee to HC, I’ve watched him on the sidelines, he’s a leader... the guys respect him and I think he’d let Chaney call plays without throwing in some gimmick **** at the most in opportune times. I think he’s a guy others would love to play and work with. That is what we need
