Stoops has built UK into something decent. They are a tough physical program, I know they haven't recruited great, but with a good QB they may could be a dark horse for the East in a few years.

Again, I'm not defending Pruitt. Pruitt sucks and is not the guy.

We're talking Tom Herman. He's out of a job at TX BECAUSE he's a good recruiter and a poor coach. The similarlity of what's happened at TX over the Herman years is much like TN....... really good recruiting classes for several years and results that don't match the recruiting. That's on the coaches.

Tom Herman is, at best, a lateral move for UT.

If Pruitt had any history as a HC. Herman has IMPROVED every program he’s coached...dating back to OC at Texas State. He elevated Houston to beating P5 teams in BCS bowls. And even tho he didn’t wow as I anticipated in Austin, he IMPROVED what Strong left behind. I’m nowhere close to as enamored as I once was but if Pruitt lateraled to him, it would be a live ball that would hopefully go out of bounds...because Herman’s significantly upfield.

Just because JG handed them a win against us in Neyland this year doesn't make them good. They won one more game than us this regular season.

I think its an apples and oranges comparisoon. Pruitt should not be afforded the same time that Stoops was/has been given to make KY competative.

If we don't get rid of Pruitt now wouldn't we have to wait until after the 2022 class? Firing him next year wouldn't allow the new coach a chance with the 2022 class unless we fire him after the ESD.
