No he wasnt. He was still getting reps and he'll go to UNC and get reps on a better team.

You have 2 right now that got reps this year outside Chandler. One of them had 27 carries as the 3rd string. One of them had sit out the last game of the season which has raised some questions.
We are also bringing in Cody brown and the number 1 juco back..... I like chandler and feel like he will fit at NC better than he did here....I just don’t feel like the loss of a RB is that big of a deal unless the kid is an absolute stud and chandler is not.

John Adams saying the idea that Kevin Steele is coming in to be second in command while rebuilding the staff under Pruitt is a "fairy tail".

Says it makes much more sense to bring Steele in as a reassuring voice in an interim role for current players.

Says nothing they have done to tarnish Pruitt over the last few weeks would make any sense if there was any chance of bringing him back.

Fulmer not a decision maker in this. Plowman is.

Fulmer doesn't make any decisions in "troubled times".

Morris is def a big loss. Jahmir staying healthy a full season is a question mark. Wright rumored to be unhappy himself. Calbert has great potential but also health concerns and whatever reason can’t get off this staffs **** list. Maybe you piece something together next year if you have to get by but Morris really hurts you after that.

I don’t blame you for liking chandler. I respect that
He spent 4 years at UT during some of the most turbulent times in school history, under 2 different coaches, on some bad football teams.
He did his job. Avg 5 yards a carry over his career. And finished in the top 5 in all purpose yards.
And was the definition of "team first".

Whats not to like.
