I disagree with this. We haven't lost anyone to the portal outside of Wanya who is a difference maker, and Wanya was playing TE to end the year. Not saying he shouldn't stay or that he isn't better than that, but it's true. I also think we have an infusion of talent in the 2021 class on offense. The RB's and Salter are very talented. I'm hoping that we bring in Chadwell who can run an actual offense.
Besides Evans and Brown I dont think there is anyone else we signed that can help next year. Morris and Wright may be really good, we just never got to see them coached properly.

Chandler's best days seems like they were his first two years here. He seemed like he was lightening in a bottle on a handful of occasions but regressed over time...or maybe that's who he always as and EG made him look worse by comparison.

What I'm curious to see is if he can latch onto an offense that knows how to utilize him in space, where he seemed to shine, and make JP and Chaney look like he was mismanaged in this offense.
That’s the whole thing. Chandler was productive on offense in better schemes as well as special teams. Our scheme changed and chandler got phased out. Doesn’t mean he got worse or isn’t still a quality back.... he is. I don’t know why people are acting like it’s a guarantee that players that haven’t done anything yet or hell even got to campus yet will be better than him. Like we are any position to lose players.

I realize getting rid of Pruitt should have been done in November, but let's not celebrate that we are tearing the program back down to the ground to do it....or worse. They may really be destroying it if they don't know what they are going to do after the much awaited interview on Thursday.

I think they already know what’s going to happen. These lawyers are in no hurry $$. I think they’ve got the goods on Pruitt and he’s gone jmo. But will they have someone in line to stabilize this mess, other than Steel? If not then they all need to be doing something else. They’ve had plenty of time to have someone ready

Florida and/or LSU can do better than Billy Napier.

Yes, they brought in Urban from Utah (at the time a “group of 5” school), but he’d just beaten Pitt in the Fiesta Bowl. Napier ain’t done Jack!!

Exactly.

He just transferred out to a P5 school that averaged over 40 a game this year and is currently a much better program than the one he just left. That doesnt happen to players that are going backwards.

That's my fear... They know it's Steele.

Do we have the most players in the portal of any school in the country? I tried to find it on 247 and I think we may. South Carolina had quite a few, but we have more and they have picked up 4 transfers.
