Would love Herman or Chadwell. Really hope we have Texas’d this thing and not TN’d itIf they don't have Freeze, Herman, Chadwell, or someone that will light a fire already on the hook... slap JP on the pee pee and let's roll for 2021 with the hope he can turn it around.. gives you 11 months to have "Freeze, Herman, Chadwell, or someone that will light a fire" if things don't improve.. keeping JP > year long intern
The year long interim thing is stupid and hopefully wouldn't be considered. It would kill recruiting and what coaches are going to sign up for a one year deal in our the open spots we have?If they don't have Freeze, Herman, Chadwell, or someone that will light a fire already on the hook... slap JP on the pee pee and let's roll for 2021 with the hope he can turn it around.. gives you 11 months to have "Freeze, Herman, Chadwell, or someone that will light a fire" if things don't improve.. keeping JP > year long intern

So, there's nothing there that incriminates Pruitt? The NCAA has been looped in. They've had full circle meetings with in-house counsel, outside counsel, compliance, admin and NCAA reps. Pruitt is on record, has been questioned by everyone with his own counsel present, and there aren't any surprises left to find unless they backtrack, which seems highly unlikely.
I always liked Pruitt. I met him there at media days and he took a picture with my kids and was just a good dude. I like him and really wanted him to be the guy. Somewhere I guess I’m still not convinced he could never turn it around. But, at the end of the day, his record, especially against the big 3, is really badYou were never all in on them like you were jermy.
not to be that guy bass but guys are transferring to Tennessee to play under Steele. How many are transferring to play for Pruitt and players allegedly love to play for him. Not to mention the guys that hit the portal whether or not he was fired.

Exactly.
He either gets fired for a show cause or he remains as our HC unless he walks out on his own because the administration won’t fire him for underperforming at his job.
Pick your poison.
Baylor was a trainwreck when Steele got there. Don’t think their lack of success was all on him. The admin has to be accountable also and committed to providing resources to build a winning football program. Football was an afterthought at Baylor back then. How do you know he’s more competent? His record at Baylor suggests otherwise
