So Hubbs has went from....AD in a couple weeks coach Valentines Day to AD by end of month to AD by middle next week at latest to Plowman hoping to wrap up this weekend

By tomorrow, we’re going to find out they actually hired an AD on Tuesday.

If we have AD by Friday, then we should have coach by end of January. Tell AD that his first week will be his most important.

For the flight tracking posts - Kiffin built a very nice abode in Boca Raton when he was with FAU. As of the spring of last year he did not have a home in Oxford, he was in rental accommodations. So let's fuel some rumors. K-town to B'ham to Palm Beach means Ingram/Kiffin.

Or your stuck in the 1990s and not being a realist that kids have ability to play on a big stage where there isn’t a total mess hanging over their head. That big stage has not been Knoxville for a long time. They were sold hope and current fans have no hope so how do you expect players? So they look at what is out there and I don’t blame them

He’s young, energetic and innovative. We need to start getting ahead of the game offensively, and I think players would be drawn to him.

I think it will be Ingram or Gilbert. Friday is real possibility, no later than Monday. They want a new coach in place by first week of February. I’m hearing they are willing to pay 5.5-8 million per year around 5-6 years for the right guy. They want a sitting HC w power 5 experience. If they get to a certain place then I believe Steele will get the job but it won’t be for lack of trying. I believe they will get their guy if the pay i hear is correct. They can’t afford any embarrassment and they understand that.

Danny White UCF - Outsider and has proved he can build programs (football and other)
Mark Ingram UAB - Has resurrected the UAB football program but can he do the same for other programs
Jon Gilbert ECU - Familiarity with UT but not impressed with tenure with Dave Hart.

What are your choices.?

Chadwell is going to fail here. Anyone that’s watched the last decade and thinks he’s a good fit because he is from Tennessee is going to be disappointed in three years.
