To me this is all about speculating on who the HC is they already have penciled in that they are vetting and getting approved up the chain. May be wrong, but AV didn't sound like he was hoping. Appeared to be a statement of fact to me.

Something that isn't adding up in my head still is the Steele hire.

Did they do this randomly and just allow it or was there a master plan.

Does a new coach come in and keep him and add Garner (or does Steele hire him now)?

Was this all already discussed?

Seems odd that Steele would come here just to be let go.

But again maybe they really didn't know and thought PF and JP were going to be here long term.

Something just doesn't add up.

Guys, since Pruitt got fired, I’ve said that I thought Body and Plowman didn’t know what they were doing. I was WRONG!

They scared me with the heaping of praise on fulmer.
Also signing off on the extensions still feel like a finger in the eye, but they nailed this. And I will give credit where it’s due.
Im excited yet still very cautious

I’m sure he understood that
I’d like for him to be on staff making good money to be the DC. There’s a lot of good value there.
Plug in CRG and Simon and that’s a great start to a really good staff

White left ole miss in 12 n went to buffalo if I'm not mistaken. I ain't sure about that. Someone correct to make me feel better but I do think that's a stretch.

According to Josh Pate, JP and KS are close. It's possible that JP hired him as a two-fold - 1) if JP stays he got a great coordinator/assistant, or 2) if they get fired it helps KS get his money from Auburn in some sort of way.

I can't remember the exact quote, but the gist was "whether or not he is staying, JP did his buddy KS a solid, and if they stay it's good for JP"
