well deserved for Tee. I like Tee. Want him to remain at the program...timing is terrible. if true this better have had blessing of Plowman, for better or worse. Otherwise it's completely irresponsible.
If it's got all the proper signatures, it's a legit contract. It's probably a way for Phil to help line a buddy/former player's pockets on his way out the door.

@RiotVol and I will drive up from Starkville and pick him up tonight, then drive him to Knoxville. We'll take turns driving and have Kiffin piss in a bottle to avoid being seen.

As a UT and State grad, nothing would make me happier than watching Oxford burn for this.

We expect a host of Volunteers to meet us at the border.

Good Lord. It's going sideways already.

Our new coach is probably going to be forced to keep Tee, if not other assistants.

No it's not. Don't worry about it. Verbal agreements mean nothing. I've told me friends plenty of time "I'll give you one million dollars if X, Y, or Z happens." I'd be broke if I was forced to pay that out!

They aren't going to hire Steele as HC. It would defeat the whole purpose of being a "NEW BEGINNING" I have all confidence that our new AD is going to blow us away with the next HC hire.

Well now hold on just a gosh dang second here folks. I also had a verbal agreement with Fulmer that was not in writing that I too was to get some moneys in the ways of several hundred thousand or maybe a million. Now, I'm a fair guy, I'm willing to negotiate down to something in the low-mid six-figures, but I'd hate for this to have to get ugly.
