great hire. i think this provides a whole new outlook on what we can/should expect going forward. and as much as i love the kiffin smoke....i just am gonna proceed with caution there. but man.....that's what i'm hoping for.

regardless, i think you can maybe start the hot board over....this feels "untennessee like", so i now expect the HC hire to be that as well....which is one thing that gives me a little hope on the kiffin front.....
