Apparently someone in the FF. They posted a screen shot but then deleted it. I was responding to that. Now it just looks like I jumped to conclusions. But it wasn't pretty

I posted a couple screenshots of posts by a poster in the football forum that didn't want Elliot to be coach because he was black but it was deleted.

Fleck and Elliot don’t move the needle for me one bit.

Neither do a lot of the other names mentioned.

And this is probably because of my want to bring Lane Fkn Kiffin back home. I want the offense. I want the swagger. I want to sing Rocky Top all night long after we beat Florida.

Fickell I like too. Same with Campbell. But neither as much.

Nevertheless.... I do hereby swear to welcome whomever White hires with open arms and an open mind.

I bleed orange through and through and I desperately long to be relevant again.

This is true. I found an article in which Dabo made the announcement that Elliott is the playcaller back in 2015 when he was promoted.

Getting ready to head out the door, but wanted to leave one more conspiracy theory post to ponder. Jimmy Haslam is now a respected figure in the state of Ohio with the willingness to take on the Browns and deliver a winner. He has a lot of credibility with OSU big boosters, admin, business leaders and such. Danny White now works for his alma mater and you saw their conversation at TBA. He was very instrumental in DW coming along with PM - who is aligned with Jimmy and the family.

All of that says Campbell and Fickell to me. Ohio connections as both are Ohio natives. Jimmy would know if Fickell is OSU's whale if Ryan Day leaves for the NFL at some point. He would know all about Campbell from his time at Toledo, Bowling Green, Mount Union, etc. all the way through ISU.

Will see if either one is willing to take on this mess.

Jeremy Pruitt of Alabama has multiple rings at multiple schools as a DC. Also was a national recruiter of the year to boot. I say we hire him.

Elliot as HC, Steele as DC, and whomever the Clemson QB coach is as OC. We could have ourselves a little knockoff Clemson staff. Might be cool.

TE might could convince Marion Hobby to leave the NFL. I know he just landed with the Bengals, but they were on the same staff for years.

I mean.... you all know in your bones that Lane Kiffin would troll the F out of Kirby and beat him, year 2 at the latest.

And I’d be here for it.

Maybe but the year Lane beat them..... we had beaten hire ranked Georgia teams 2 of the 3 previous seasons..... Lane improved us by 2 wins..... he was left a good defense and fixed crompton to improve the offense.... he had some closer than expected losses but it’s not like we had a fantastic season that year.
