Sure you have fans that will find the positives and completely ignore the negatives and justify what the AD does. I do tend to agree people are becoming wise to it. I have maintained for years that UT takes advantage of a very loyal fan base. We keep lapping up whatever they serve. I think the big TV money has diminished the value of the fan. They make a lot more money from the TV deals than on fan attendance on Saturdays. Its allways been a spreadsheet decision for them. How little do I have to invest to obtain the maximum amount of revenue. The goals of the UT administration do not align with what the fans want.

They're acting like they don't have to hire an AD and a HC now.

We'll see how snide they are when the new coach is a couple years in.

I disagree. We got some guys that will be perfect for this sort of offense. Velus Jones and those young pups from last year are gonna get a lot of opportunities this season to put up big #’s.

I like people believing UCF fans after we just took their AD and Head coach that helped turn them from an 0-12 to a top 25 program.

If we really are keeping Steele...

I do have more confidence in Heupel with our skill guys and his offense than I would have with Elliott.

I just hope he doesn't score so fast that the defense gets gassed, like his time at OU. Although our defense should be used to going right back on the field after the turnover prone offense and 3 and outs.

Just need to nail down the defensive coaches with quality high dollar hires (i.e. NOT Randy Shannon).

He is also a MTSU graduate so definitely familiar with the mid-state and Tennessee in general.
