Great QB, no doubt. I wonder how would his career have gone if the roles were reversed and he had to play most his career at Indy with their defenses? We will never know because he didn't, but I wonder if the shine would be as bright.

I fought it for the longest time, but the SB win against the Falcons convinced me. GOAT to me because he is NEVER out of a game! He had to make every play count or he doesn’t beat Atlanta. That could have and should have been his Seattle knockout like it was against Peyton. He’s won ugly and lost pretty but until that last second ticks off? He’s a threat. No one rooting against him (like me) breathed a sigh of relief until that last second Hail Mary bounced off Gronk’s fingers in the SB against Philadelphia. You don’t beat him...you survive him. Anyone who gets you to 10 Super Bowls and wins 6 of them isn’t benefiting from LUCK.

Have never seen a QB take the momentum in a game nearly as good. If he and his team get it, the game is as good as over.

The most important hire for JH and he is going with someone who has never called plays as a DC before. Yikes. Huge risk. But I also kind of love it. Rising star and good recruiter. Maybe we can keep on Steele to be a position coach and help a little. This guy, Steele, and Garner would be lethal on the trail.

I keep thinking no DC is gonna come here hoping to pad his stats, just because of the type of offense we’re going to be running. Our D is going to get worked. Every game. So, go find someone that’s young and hungry and relates to guys and can recruit his ass off. If you’re going to cut your teeth calling plays, doing it with a 35-40 point net isn’t the worst idea. Get someone that can go close on those freak athletes we’ll need to play 100 snaps a game or whatever.*
