My son's best friend was the enforcer on the UT hockey team about 20 years ago. My understanding it was like an intramural team and several SEC colleges had a team. I went to several games in Knoxville and even tho I'm not much of a hockey fan, I thoroughly enjoyed them. Try it, you will like it.

My nephew was the captain of the LSU hockey team. He personally set up the first SEC hockey tournament.

LSU lost in the finals to Tennessee’s hockey team!
It absolutely killed him that they lost to Tennessee.

I am in NE Arlkansas. Main roads are clear from ice storm this week. Side roads and many parking lots are solid ice. Expecting 3 inches of sleet/snow between 6 and midnight. Another 3-5 tomorrow, then another winter storm Wednesday and Thursday

Middle TN. There is a mist falling but it is 27 degrees. They have the main roads in good shape but its fixin to get nasty.

First thing I noticed. You have to wear proper winter clothing like gloves or you will get frostbite. Safety first my friend.

I was near Jonesboro couple of years ago and I froze. I've been all over the world and that was the coldest I've ever been.

I coached my church's women's softball team, so I'm probably qualified too. You wanna see competitive? Try coaching them.

I coached our company's co-ed softball team, years ago, and most of the women on the team were not athletic. Some were married and some were single but they all had one thing in common---they just wanted to get out of the house for a few hours for beer and pizza after our practices and games
