Why can’t we make an offer to a coach that it just doesn’t matter what their current team counters with.

I’m assuming there has been at least some mutual interest with these guys we’ve been in discussions with, seems like either Huepel and/or White aren’t very good closers. A concerning sign for recruiting.

I really like all the staff moves so far, but the idea that Huepel doesn’t seem to have a buddy in the game that he can talk into being his DC is concerning.

I didn't realize he had been with Heupel since Mizzou. And had success on his own before. Truly good oline play is such a pleasure to watch and makes the engine run. We've been lacking for a long long time.
