Mohajir is a really good AD. Hiring Mahlzahn for UCF was a smart move. Keeping the DW smack talk going to raise UCF's and G5's profiles is smart as well. Him serving on the CFP selection committee doesn't hurt either.

Congrats to JH and DW. From everything I've seen, this looks like a good hire. I would expect that Banks should have his staff together fairly quickly. Now we can point to the O&W game to finally see our Vols together again.

So DW (who can't seem to close a big deal to save his life) and Admin with FU money come up with a Co-DC who seems to be a fairly good recruiter, but wasn't even calling plays on D.......... This is going to be very interesting to see how this plays out.

Some pretty descent coaches on the O side of the ball, a few good coaches on the D side, but not sure how this is all going to shape up as a cohesive unit/coaching staff...

Pretty underwhelming considering who we were supposedly going after and what the Admin's goals were through this entire coaching search.

DW is running this entire thing and it doesn't look like JH has too much imput... I sure hope we are not Three seasons, reset.

He is 77-38 in college ball playing Bama Georgia and LSU every year. It's the equivalent of saying Barnes sucked at Texas. He may not be Elite, but he does NOT suck.

You like him..then go be a UCF fan and kiss his ass..I think he freakin sucks, and I am extremely happy we didn't go for his washed up, meh ass.

He would have been meh as hell here, and without Steele at Awbarn he would have been fired a long time ago, and he sure as hell wasn't going to have him here.
