Just little ole me building that E-CRED one made up prediction at a time. The UNKNOWING, delivering the UNSUBSTANTIATED, to the UNAWARE, and UNIMPRESSED, for UNDETERMINED amounts of E-CRED.......unbelievable.......but not untrue.

I doubt it gets brought up again for a while..soon will be favorite movie lists week, then favorite alt rock week, favorite classic rock week, favorite "real" country week..etc etc etc..interspersed with MJ vs LBJ arguments, BBQ and dog fart discussions..it's what we do..

Look..this particular thread is more like a watering hole, or a family get together in the offseason than it is a football information dump.

We played tackle, boys and girls, from elementary school through high school (lots more boys showed up every Saturday). one Saturday, I tackled a guy (their quarterback - corner blitz) and he broke his collarbone. I’ll never forget the ambulance driving out onto the field - I felt terrible!

We played at the neighborhood elementary school - had to run to one of the neighbor‘s houses to call the ambulance!

We played cow pasture tackle from elementary through hs as well. I broke my left arm so bad, snapping both bones about half way between the wrist and elbow like a tree limb that required two surgeries, four permanent scars and nerve damage. My mom drove me to the er covered in cow manure. During college years we would play tackle on a local hs field on Sunday afternoons.

I have heard Tony Basilio on several occasions allude to something that happened in the summer but won't expand and I believe he said it will probably be in the report. Any idea of what he might be talking about?

I'm not a regular poster on the PF by any means. I have been reading the site since around 2010 and never posted until 2014. I think most people are like me.....bored. I post silly stuff that I know some may not care for and I understand that but I also hope if they read some of my post from the past they can tell that I am a VOL fan and have been all my life. I also hope they know I mean to bring nothing but a little off beat humor in a time when humor is hard to find for so many and as soon as I can get back to some form of normal I will drift back to the my world and only pop in during the season or to see the goings on before it gets here like I always have. That is my hope anyway.

We used to go out to the Claxton school field, or Karns HS field and play on Sundays after church on Sundays...I have a half inch long scar just under my left lip from catching a knee in the mouth.
