That wasn't even close to the worst homeless camp/landfill along the freeways and roads, it was just the only one I took a picture of. Literally the whole place outside of the super rich enclaves is like that...it is maddening and disgusting...Harlan County is a pristine heaven compared to it, and to those who know what that means...it is saying a ton.

I wish the states would make a trade. Mississippi can have Memphis ,(minus Graceland) and we get Olive Branch, Southaven, and cash, or a player to be named later.

Sorry you feel this way, considering that on average, 6-7% of UT student population is from Shelby County every year. Many, many Vol fans in the county.
