With you. You know Heup can develop Qb's. You know he can coach high scoring offenses. We know UCF just put more players in the draft than Clemson. You know Garner gets dudes drafted all the time. But then you think, this is UT. He and Garner and all those guys will come here and forget how to coach.I keep finding myself getting excited for the season and seeing this offense. Heupel has had dynamic, explosive offenses everywhere. We have underutilized talent.
And then the BVS kicks in and reminds of the last 100 times I've gotten my hopes up since 2005.
But I'm trying to hold steady!
I have been pushed too far...I am over beating around the bush with the whack job freaks over how I feel about all this moronic divisive stupidity...they sure as hell don't.I am not arguing that point. Just the way you answered seemed out of character for you. I know you are a good dude. Not trying to tell you how to think. I know better than that, LOL.

This is true. When you look back at his time at Mizzou, they didn't put up a lot of numbers against the good teams in the division. They even got shut down by Ky. But, Barry Odom was the head coach and we know he was awful. How much was he hamstringing the offense? You look at Heup's offenses at OU and at UCF, he put up big numbers against everyone. That LSU team they played in 2018 was legit on defense. He still put up 35 or whatever it was and moved the ball down the field with ease.He may have more talent but we also play against tougher comp.

reported@frank Invol is trying to bully people who are smarter than he is again.
I’m ready for football. I do think Heupel will be the one to turn things around. So he could surprise me this year and put up big numbers.
My biggest concern is things only got worse at UCF over his three years there. (COVID year shouldn't really count, I'd say that was a 9-10 win team under normal circumstances.)This is true. Anyway, how will Heupel's system look with a roster Jeremy Pruitt built vs. a roster Scott Frost built? That's my biggest question.
