So you must be one of those rare people who stay completely in control when drunk. No changes in judgement, no changes inhibitions. Most are not. They say dumb things. They do dumb things. So pontificating while sober about how dumb he was is kinda pointless.

He struck first. One punch can kill. Trained fighter vs a drunk. I hope he gets sued.

And yes, I would be completely justified in defending myself with a gun against a guy half my age and twice my strength, who is a trained fighter and who took the first shot.
I consider it no harm no foul….. you make the decision to go to a bar and drink excessively and a lot of the times it doesn’t end well…. I’m sure the guy that hit him had a few drinks in him as well…..sh$t happens…. Play stupid games and win stupid prizes.

Here’s the lesson - don’t act like you’re going to hit somebody unless you’re prepared to scrap.
No, being drunk doesn’t give you a free pass. Is that excuse going to work if he drives drunk and kills somebody? Being drunk and not thinking clearly is not an excuse to show your ass. If you can’t handle it, don’t drink in public. People like you shouldn’t have weapons

People like me? A 57 year old grandfather of 7, who served his country as both enlisted and officer, runs a business that employs 30 people, and attends church weekly? Yes, I'm a big danger.

Would you not feel threatened if a drink guy in a bar flinched at you? That would tell me I was going to get hit.. they’re atleast thinking about it. Then it turns into, I have to hit them first before they hit me. The guy got what he asked for
Would you not feel threatened if someone pushed you out of the way? He put his hands on him before he flinched at him. Do you expect the drunk to feel unthreatened?

The reaction to the guy acting like he was about to hit him was….. getting hit. He asked for it and got it. Don’t act like an idiot, and this wouldn’t have happened. He wasn’t an innocent bystander or something lol

He actually was...he got bumped first...unless there was something prior to that.

You can think what you want, but that’s not reasonable behavior.

He was putting on a drunk show blocking the aisle, and the guy squeezed by him. He tried to just walk past but the drunk guy either touched him or said something to get his attention.. he then acted like he was going to hit him, so the guy reacted. Idk why you all are taking the drunks side

I would never shoot somebody in a bar fight. I don't go to bars. I only drink in moderation. I don't carry when I do. And I don't pick fights.

Would I shoot a guy who attacked me? If I thought it was required to protect myself from someone younger and stronger? Sure.

It's funny how y'all keep taking the position that you should be careful who you pick fights with, but then don't like it when I'm basically saying the same thing.

This lady at the gym… dunno… pretty sure her booty implants have jumped the shark. Just can’t be
I use to work with a woman that wore a bootie enhancer…. It stuck out almost a foot and half past her regular but looked like it got caught in a press machine…. It was obvious to everyone but she claimed it was from 2,000 squats a day lol

lmao, You can just as easily kill someone with your fists, especially if you're a trained fighter. Both guys were clearly playing Billy Badass, but only one of them had the ability to go with it. He could have easily, and he should have, shown restraint, but he chose not to. Look at the size difference between the two. Dude should rightfully be charged with assault, IMO.

Because just because you have some drinks doesn’t mean you get your face bashed in. If that is normal behavior, then I guess I wasn’t taught correctly. We live in a civilized society. That’s not normal. Good luck with that argument.

All he had to do was stop, say excuse me, and then pass by. It's like people have forgotten what it is to be courteous to each other.

Do you people pull guns every time you get into fist fights? What’s wrong with you all?
If your willing to knock someones brains out over a "flinch", then if you get your brains blowed out you deserve what you get. Bullies that are bigger, stronger and trained to hurt people are themselves deadly weapons...ol Sam Colt makes everybody the same size.

Just remember the next time you wanna deck somebody for nothing that you might have picked on the wrong guy.

I personally don't even see the uber scary "flinch" you keep yapping about.
