There was a flinch, and drunk guy was stupid for doing it, probably trying to save face in front of his girl and his friends, but the trained fighter clearly out-masses the other guy. There was no real threat. Fighter guy just decided to throw hands, and now it'll probably cost him. Maybe he'll learn a lesson, but I doubt it.If your willing to knock someones brains out over a "flinch", then if you get your brains blowed out you deserve what you get. Bullies that are bigger, stronger and trained to hurt people are themselves deadly weapons...ol Sam Colt makes everybody the same size.
Just remember the next time you wanna deck somebody for nothing that you might have picked on the wrong guy.
I personally don't even see the uber scary "flinch" you keep yapping about.
There will always be winners and losers…. Don’t see why it matters that the guy that hit him is the Alpha in this situation….when I saw his size…. I would have apologized and offered to buy him a drink… that guy flinched at him like he was swinging.lmao, You can just as easily kill someone with your fists, especially if you're a trained fighter. Both guys were clearly playing Billy Badass, but only one of them had the ability to go with it. He could have easily, and he should have, shown restraint, but he chose not to. Look at the size difference between the two. Dude should rightfully be charged with assault, IMO.
Your continued attempts to paint the justification of this incident is not doing anything for you. It's completely ridiculous and your argument has more holes than a Sunseri defense. Agreeing to disagree and saving face might be the best course of action at this point. Here’s the lesson - don’t act like you’re going to hit somebody unless you’re prepared to scrap.
No, being drunk doesn’t give you a free pass. Is that excuse going to work if he drives drunk and kills somebody? Being drunk and not thinking clearly is not an excuse to show your ass. If you can’t handle it, don’t drink in public. People like you shouldn’t have weapons
It matters because being drunk and stupid is not a legal defense for assault and battery. There will always be winners and losers…. Don’t see why it matters that the guy that hit him is the Alpha in this situation….when I saw his size…. I would have apologized and offered to buy him a drink… that guy flinched at him like he was swinging.
When the entire argument is built on "he flinched at him" then you miiiiiiight not have any real argument. But hey AC thinks we are still living in the times of the Mongols with survival of the fittest. Don't flinch at Genghis Khan by God or get the blade! If your willing to knock someones brains out over a "flinch", then if you get your brains blowed out you deserve what you get. Lol that’s not what we were talking about. We were talking about this guys situation. If you would shoot somebody in his position, that’s wrong. I’m not talking about someone attacking you out of the blue because that’s not what happened! Lol are you just arguing to argue, because that didn’t even make sense in the context of our conversationI would never shoot somebody in a bar fight. I don't go to bars. I only drink in moderation. I don't carry when I do. And I don't pick fights.
Would I shoot a guy who attacked me? If I thought it was required to protect myself from someone younger and stronger? Sure.
It's funny how y'all keep taking the position that you should be careful who you pick fights with, but then don't like it when I'm basically saying the same thing.
He wasn’t sitting there minding his own business. He started the fight and the other guy finished it. You all have to be high or something if you’re not understanding this… surelyBecause just because you have some drinks doesn’t mean you get your face bashed in. If that is normal behavior, then I guess I wasn’t taught correctly. We live in a civilized society. That’s not normal. Good luck with that argument.
The drunk guy picked the fight! You’re not saying the same thing. The guy didn’t get punched in the face for minding his own business.I would never shoot somebody in a bar fight. I don't go to bars. I only drink in moderation. I don't carry when I do. And I don't pick fights.

Just because he knows how to use his hands shouldn’t mean that he has to take an ass kicking by a drunk dude at a bar. The guy acted like he was going to hit him. He tried to just walk by, but the drunk guy wouldn’t let him do thatlmao, You can just as easily kill someone with your fists, especially if you're a trained fighter. The drunk dude never threw a punch. "He flinched at me" is not a valid legal defense.Just because he knows how to use his hands shouldn’t mean that he has to take an ass kicking by a drunk dude at a bar. I agree.. I also put mass a lot of people, but if a man acts like they’re going to hurt me, I’m going to try to hurt them. Being smaller doesn’t give you a pass in the real worldThere was a flinch, and drunk guy was stupid for doing it, probably trying to save face in front of his girl and his friends, but the trained fighter clearly out-masses the other guy. He was putting on a drunk show blocking the aisle, and the guy squeezed by him. He tried to just walk past but the drunk guy either touched him or said something to get his attention.. he then acted like he was going to hit him, so the guy reacted. Idk why you all are taking the drunks side
