There was a flinch, and drunk guy was stupid for doing it, probably trying to save face in front of his girl and his friends, but the trained fighter clearly out-masses the other guy. There was no real threat. Fighter guy just decided to throw hands, and now it'll probably cost him. Maybe he'll learn a lesson, but I doubt it.

There will always be winners and losers…. Don’t see why it matters that the guy that hit him is the Alpha in this situation….when I saw his size…. I would have apologized and offered to buy him a drink… that guy flinched at him like he was swinging.

Your continued attempts to paint the justification of this incident is not doing anything for you. It's completely ridiculous and your argument has more holes than a Sunseri defense. Agreeing to disagree and saving face might be the best course of action at this point.

It matters because being drunk and stupid is not a legal defense for assault and battery.

When the entire argument is built on "he flinched at him" then you miiiiiiight not have any real argument. But hey AC thinks we are still living in the times of the Mongols with survival of the fittest. Don't flinch at Genghis Khan by God or get the blade!

Lol that’s not what we were talking about. We were talking about this guys situation. If you would shoot somebody in his position, that’s wrong. I’m not talking about someone attacking you out of the blue because that’s not what happened! Lol are you just arguing to argue, because that didn’t even make sense in the context of our conversation

He wasn’t sitting there minding his own business. He started the fight and the other guy finished it. You all have to be high or something if you’re not understanding this… surely

Just because he knows how to use his hands shouldn’t mean that he has to take an ass kicking by a drunk dude at a bar. The guy acted like he was going to hit him. He tried to just walk by, but the drunk guy wouldn’t let him do that

The drunk dude never threw a punch. "He flinched at me" is not a valid legal defense.

I agree.. I also put mass a lot of people, but if a man acts like they’re going to hurt me, I’m going to try to hurt them. Being smaller doesn’t give you a pass in the real world

They are the drunk.

No, seriously. I think they are taking the drunks side because the other dude is basically a walking weapon. When you are trained to fight you can reasonably do a lot more damage than an average person. He probably had a couple drinks or a bad day a drunk guy mouthing off was the last straw but he should have just walked away.

Like Kenny Rogers said.... "Son you don't have to fight to be a man."
