Every team in the SEC is negatively recruited besides alabama simply because there’s nothing negative to say.

The Miami Hurricane investigation took 2 and half years before they knew anything…. It might be awhile before we get clarity.

This NIL thing will probably hurt us. We have some big boosters but schools like Oregon have so much more. They’ll start offering kids shoe deals and such. Nike would have already had Zion a shoe while in college. Teams are truly going to start buying the best players (I know most were already getting under the table money) but it’s going to be a mess in my opinion. At first I thought it would help us but when you can have Phil Knight and other boosters at schools call that once in a lifetime prospect to make a deal we don’t have much of a chance.... it feels like it needs to be refined I mean when you have one of the largest clothing brand CEOs calling you to make you a Nike athlete other schools don’t stand much chance.

Let’s say the NCAA comes out and gives us a one year bowl ban and minimal scholarship reduction before the season. I feel like that would help us out a lot more. We will be at a disadvantage until the NCAA announces something.

They know Tennessee can be a juggernaut. Heck, Butch Jones had UT close to being one with his early classes.
