If going by win-loss in conference play over the past 10 or so years then I think Tennessee really is down that low.

But yeah, some of the ordering above them is strange and not sure how OU and Texas are measured.

SEC will have 16 teams, Big 10 already has 14 and the ACC has 16 already. I'm guessing the BIG 12 is the Power 5 conference that's about to dissolve, cause they already only had 10 teams. Wonder if the PAC-12 stays at 12 or not...

Kind of weird... could potentially just see some renaming happen for certain conferences. You could really break the FBS into 4 major conferences/regions at this point. Northeast, Southeast, Northwest and then Midwest (not enough high level schools in the Southwest)
