Fwiw, adding OU and Texas would have given us the 9th most talented team...in the conference...last year. We were 15th nationally. Being merely middle of the pack won't do anyone shiz.

Just pray you can reach 7th-10th nationally...then you can be rewarded by being 6th in your own conference...great!

I think it opens up possibilities never available in the Big 12. They’ve dominated on the field or court in most sports and remained second fiddle to Texas. Do it in the SEC and it’s rewarded.

When 6 SEC teams will be getting in the playoffs regularly, that's something to hope for. I definitely think we can get to that level in the foreseeable future.

Put Bama, OSU, Texas, OK, LSU, FL, UGA, A&M, Clemson, etc. in the SEC. Let them kick this **** out of each other.

Just move us to the ACC. We would be good at football, basketball, and baseball. Win/Win

If they really want a super conference then they need to dump pieces like Kentucky, Vandy, Miss State and South Carolina. None of those programs have been truly relevant in the past 30 years in football and do not possess the brand to belong in a super conference.

Instead of being happy to have the opportunity to play the best regularly, some of you would rather play Slippery Rock for a flag football championship. Since the top division of CFB is now NFL lite, I want to see good football and my favorite team competing at its highest level. Sort of like the Titans have done in recent years. Build it up to compete against the best with your own identity. Then go make the playoffs and see what happens.
