You obviously don’t know the inner workings if you think many of these decisions were on one AD. Last three have made terrible hires. You think it’s all on those AD’s?

The decisions were 100% Pruitt and Fulmer in running a $hitty corrupt program that much we do know

I don't necessarily want OK or Texas, but seems like theyre coming in. I don't mind in the fact that it will make the conference stronger and our future success more legitimate.

I'm not entirely against conference expansion, I just wish we had stuck to the "southeastern" footprint.

No argument there but we haven’t come close in over a decade, adding more heavy hitters makes it harder for everyone involved not just us while Clemson and Ohio state get to sleepwalk to the playoffs every year well rested and giving themselves a small chance to pull an upset to win the big one. College football needs parity and creating a super conference in a 4 team playoff makes it harder for all sec programs. This is only worth it if they make the playoffs a 12 team by in

We will not play Texas & OU every year. We already annually play the toughest teams in the conference. There is no reason to be afraid and jump to an inferior conference. If we can't beat the best here, how could we ever beat them in a playoff?

I agree. A lot of change needs to occur and is taking place. Shifting conferences for a lighter schedule is not a change that is needed.

It’s not about being afraid it’s about making the playoffs… in 4 team playoff format creating a super conference makes no sense other than making more money for the conference in general if it were a 12 team playoff format I would be all about this

My brother in law is one of these dudes thats gruff, and holds strong moral opinions. Hes either dead wrong or spot on.

After we won NC in 98, he told me and ill never forget....this wont happen again in our lifetime.

I’ll be honest I love the idea of bringing in Texas and Oklahoma to an already stacked conference the games are going to be awesome to watch, but the playoff formats has to change with it, that’s my biggest beef with fairness from parity perspective. They have to make it a 12 team playoff if they do this.

No, but if it happened, I don’t think they would care that much either. They are tired of losing more than fans. UT would never consider actually leaving so I have been having fun saying let’s leave. It would never happen and I do enjoy rivalry games. But it’s beyond old having power brokers tear this program down. We keep hearing that everyone is finally on the same page, but I’ll have to see it to believe it. We can be the UT of old, but will it happen? I have no idea. I just hope JH is the right man or we’re looking at another decade of mediocrity.
