Lol, I have no idea if Telluride is near Maroon Bells, just know I want to knock that hike out sometime.
Telluride BF sits in a big bowl like that. Very sheer, beautiful scenery. My aunt and uncle visit there frequently. App Tom Cruise lives close to where they go? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Hopefully they allow travel trailers, lol.

Nathan Peterman was the worst QB I've ever seen at UT. He got good enough at Pitt to get drafted and have a lot of Steelers fans complaining on draft day that their team had taken Dobbs instead of him. Changes in scenery and staff can matter a whole lot.
Agree. But, Peterman's only chance at UT, he was thrown at the wolves

I understand, but without Al, that team doesn't sniff a Natty, hence Tee loses his qualification. That is my point.
WTH are you talking about? He doesn’t lose his qualification…… how many nattys did Al Wilson win in his other three years at Tennessee…. I don’t understand the desire to dump on players like Tee who helped bring something we may never see again in our lifetime…. We should definitely be bragging about our trailblazers in the AA community especially since well over 90% of the players we recruit are AA….. it is huge, imo, that we had the first black QB and first black national champion in the SEC.

If it's Milton, they need to go ahead and make a decision so they can start practicing with him as the guy. As for the statues; Holloway was the SEC's first African-American starting quarterback in 1972, while Martin was the league's first Black quarterback to lead his team to a national championship in 1998.
They won’t name a starter until next week after the scrimmage.

Like I said, I hope Milton balls out, but I prefer Bailey or even Hooker. If u don't learn from the past, u are destined to repeat it
So wait…. You prefer Bailey or Hooker yet Hooker also under performed…. Hence why he left VT…. The only one who hasn’t under performed is Bailey but like someone else said scheme matters and if Huepel who is known to be a QB Guru has fixed Milton…. Then Milton is going to start there is too much upside to his abilities.

I'm not sure he left because of performance. I think he got injured and didn't get the job back when he was healthy. I guess that could be performance related.

Plus, I'm an RV'er, so I run into Michigan fans all the time. They may be homers, but to a man, they miss the LB more than Milton. "U can have him". He balled out against Minnesota after that, well, their critique is not pretty. Like I said, hope I'm wrong, hope the light turns on, but I doubt it. I think Bailey is the guy, if not, give me the guy that's won at a comparable level and everybody says is a leader, Hooker.

Why didnt you morans tell me about Spotify? Listening to Trey Hensley/Rob Ickes channel.

This no ad stuff rawks.
Love me some Rob Ickes. Especially with Blue Highway. Just hearing his dobro in “Still Climbing Mountains” puts East Tennessee into song for me. Just a few notes and I’m at home in Appalachia where I belong.

I'm about to get ripped, but that's who I'm riding with, Bailey, Hooker (a close 2nd), then Milton. So rip away

Dunno why you would get ripped. But, per all reports Milton has shown more consistency across the board in what they are looking for in QB.

Either way that is going to be decided probably by Tuesday and it won’t matter and as long as whoever we start against BG destroys them then I am fine with it.

Agree, 110%. Wife and I got married in Brevard, hired a local band to play at our wedding. Played Carolina in the Pines, for same reason.

Pete Wernick also always had that effect for me. Visualizing sitting on top on a mountain. I fact...
