I was going to be mildly surprised if Bailey didn’t start because I thought he had the tools. But sounds like Milton is going to be the one, which I’m fine with. But playing Bailey in spots and in blowouts sounds like a good plan. Both could help.

I think it’s great that Milton looks promising and I hope he turns into something special. But, if for whatever reason he goes cold, or he and the receivers get out of sync, defenses adjust to him, etc… then I think Bailey is enough of a gamer to step in and pick up the slack and keep this offense rolling.

Not sure if I’ve seen this posted or not, but in the IG stories on the UT football profile it looks to me like there is some serious bond and cohesion on this team. For those IG-less, CJH said if lineman could catch a punt then they would be done with any conditioning for the night. There were three attempts - Omari Thomas the first, Darnell Wright going second, and to me looked like Elijah Simmon going last. All three caught their punts and the team all ran off the field celebrating together… Last years team wouldn’t have done that. This team is going to be different.
Jacked it. Don't turn me in you guys.

Very interesting guesstimate prediction by Bob Vols. Check out the DTs 😯 Tremblay over Solomon or Dajon.

Would be sweet if he just came in and killed it. Not sure if I've read that from anyone else though, he may be going out on a limb.

Honestly I think that is the key to the length of the rebuild. If Hype can identify and attract transfer talent in this new age it will more than cut the rebuild time in half. As the SEC continues the takeover you might see more players at the margins who want the opportunity to come in and prove themselves on the biggest stage.

I honestly already give him credit for identifying the Punty situation.

Meh, to me, it looks like he is trying too hard to prove he can make it in a sport.

QB - Nope
Baseball - Nope
TE - Nope

It starts to become embarrassing. Give it up, and stay with ESPN. No need to beat yourself up at 34.
Nah man.. I’ve been watching him since his high school days. No doubt in my mind he does it for him. Competing has always been his life… well, right behind God. The dude is wired differently. It kills him to sit behind a desk. He’s a competitor. It’s his drug

Maybe because he is 27. Heupel thinking he could be a leader on the line with his maturity.
Yeah, I would think he could be a big help in the locker room with his age.. doesn’t look like he has it athletically to me, but who knows.
Honesty, from the interviews I’ve seen, he doesn’t seem anymore mature or serious than anybody else. I could definitely be wrong though

I think there was pretty sure I saw that as well…. Heck I dunno either way that was a heck of a throw. We haven’t had anyone throw a ball like that in a very very long time
Bray maybe the closest we’ve had in a really long time… maybe ever? Ainge did say that he’s never seen anybody like him here

If no one runs away with it, the coaches seem willing to go with the QB they think has the most upside. I've heard for a while they think HB needs time to develop. He didn't get much coaching last year... and there's something else that seems to give CJH pause. They're splitting reps, so it'll be interesting to see how the PT sorts out-- special packages, multiple QBs in the early games, shared starts. A lot to figure out. But having three options ready to play isn't a bad thing.

Have always thought he’s lacked… charisma? Like he’s just a robot QB.
