Milton is the most talented UT QB behind center since Peyton. Sound crazy? It isn't. Just hasn't come close to his potential due to being under coached at UM. Hopefully Heupel is about to change that.

I actually watched a few games from that season on YouTube today. Josh Malone doesn’t get nearly the credit he deserves for being an all-around crazy talented receiver here. I think he could have had a Meachem type career if we had aired it out more and focused on getting him the ball.

Limited amount of throws available to view last practice? Appeared Milton was taking a little off of the short passes. Untrained eye thing.

With his arm talent, he has to be an idiot not to be starting. His arm is as good as any starting NFL QB. It's all in his head that's holding him back.

I want to be doing the things that get us competing with Bama, Georgia, Florida, Clemson, Ohio State, and Oklahoma. Idk what that entails, but “doing things the right way” is a meaningless platitude to me.

Here you are crappin on good folk for simply saying they are glad it seems the staff is "doing things the right way" and trying to BUILD an actual TEAM...which is obviously what Oda was saying..

And people call me grumpy...😏

Which includes myself..I am sorry saying that pisses people off, buy I have supported Heupel and his guys as much as I can to this point, I just said yesterday I think the dude and his staff ooze competence...but I'm self aware enough to know and admit I've been wrong before..

I'm satisfied to this point, but I do not have any blind trust to give anymore. Heupel is obviously qualified to make good decisions regarding the QB roster, but he could still be fooled and blinded by awesome physical talent just like the rest of us...iron pyrite looks beautiful, but it is worthless.

I’m guessing they ran a drug screen at the hospital. Hard to cover up that when it’s public knowledge.

I’ve been saying it since we fired Pruitt and all the “win/do things the right way” talk started with Donde at the pressers. I don’t think you win in the SEC doing things the “right way”, unless the “right way” is simply putting on the “right” face, saying the “right” things, and then when the doors close doing what needs to be done.

Honestly, DCJW. If Heupel is winning 3 games in year 3 (especially in a normal season with 3-4 cupcakes) he will be gone just like Pruitt. Regardless of “doing it the right way.”
