It’s amazing how average our players are until they go to another school. Gray is a super star at OK. Sirius XM is raving over Chandler and think he will be a star at UNC. Middleton will be good at WV and is a huge loss. But everyone who stayed is average or bad. Media needs to figure out if we have talent or not. They don’t seem to know unless they leave and then they are super stars. Lol
Gray had ONE elite level performance…against Vandy. Local media and VN posters would remember this if they read their own articles or posts. 😏

I hope that doesn’t mean five years even if we aren’t making bowls. I don’t believe that is going to happen and like JH. But I’m tired of lowered expectations for this program. It’s what has kept bad coaches here too long.

This admin is going to give this staff time to rebuild the program "the right way" with the "right kind" of players. They're not putting numbers on it-- at least not now. But IDT anybody anticipates UT having a losing record for five years-- and most donors wouldn't be happy with just getting to a bowl game-- any bowl game-- for five years. But admin is tempering W-L expectations and factoring off-field expectations into the equation, too.

I feel like Heuple and staff have done a good job working to make winning now a possibility, but I'm not going into this season with high expectations. The only expectation I have is that we execute an offense better than the garbage we've been watching the last few years. JG, bless his heart, can't wreck us from Washington, I hope.

Non-physician here. It depends on how it was dislocated (pulled clean, impacted, twisted). It's possible there are small broken bone fragments floating around in there (NO BUENO) that a Dr. would need to check by X-Ray. 3 or 4 of my kids had at least 1 dislocated elbow as a Baby-5 yr old and that's what the on-call nurse always told us. Depends on how it happened. Most of the time we erred on the side of caution and came in to get a quick X-Ray (and sometimes to put the bones back where they go).
Gotcha, thanks!

Sometimes you need a referral from your primary Dr to go to PT. I recommend going that route to see if you need PT at all. If so, definitely do it just to avoid long term issues.
Not in every state. Tennessee is a direct access state and you can go straight to a PT without Dr. referral. (assuming you are not Medicare part B). They will be able to screen out any red flags that may warrant an X-Ray or MRI.

the coaching staff and every single media member who sees practice all think the RB room is just as good if not better right now. I dont think theres a drop off there at all.

I don’t think there will be much if any either but good RBs are a dime a dozen and Chandler and gray were good

It’s the surrounding cast that separates good from great with backs

We should get better as the season goes on, as the QBs continue to develop and build a rhythm with the WRs. We need the RBs to improve and the OL to settle in. We're better with Cade at G, which means we need Davis to contribute at a high level and hope we don't have more injuries.

A lack of quality depth could hurt us if too many guys get dinged up. We'll have to rely on young guys and walk-ons... but good QB play could compensate for other shortcomings. I'm glad this staff wants to win now... but we'll also have to appreciate the growth.

I mean, I just got a 77" OLED and my living room set is real comfy. I'm okay with watching the game at the house.

Still seeking recommendations on a good surround sound if anyone has any though.

I went with a high end Yamaha receiver with Klipsch in wall speakers and a subwoofer. Very happy with it. Yamaha had less distortion and more clarity, which sounds better to me. My system has 8-9 years on it tho - there may be better options now.

If Cade goes to guard who sits?

No wonder my kids are too damn picky. These were the choices I had. This and that awful rectangle pizza with off-tasting chocolate pudding that was the highlight of the week.

Prison food woulda been an upgrade.

The only day I are cafeteria food was when they served the rectangle pizza. It was good, but we added hash browns and chocolate chip cookies too. It reminded us of geometry class as the hash browns were triangles, and the cookies were circles.
