I have a grill/smoker/flat top obsession. I have everything under the sun haha. Pellets are okay, very convenient, get good moist food, great color but the smoke is meh. Kamado Joe/ BGE is the way to go IMO. You can also make them convenient by buying a $250-$300 regulator fan. All you have to do is set the temp and go do what you need to. They sell them at bbqguru.com.
Very boring….. both teams look awful…. At least it was Steelers backups versus Carolinas starters….. Although Carolina did sit mccaffrey today….. I was hoping Dobbs would show out but he is doing nothing so far to keep himself off the practice squad….. I’m not too far from Charlotte now….. I live in Shelby.Welcome to my city. How’s the game lol. Go Panthers!
Not too far at all, if you ever want to get together to watch our Vols, I’m buying.Very boring….. both teams look awful…. At least it was Steelers backups versus Carolinas starters….. Sounds good….. maybe after October we can get together and watch a game….. my son plays football on saturdays and I have season tickets in Neyland…. We worked out 3 games that I am missing of his to go to neyland…. I promised that I wouldn’t miss any more of his games. you still haven't read my post. How often have we gotten to 6 wins in the last decade? 6 wins is a marked improvement, especially for a first year coach massively overhauling the offense and defense.
I've thought about it. Really depends if my wife wants to go with the heat. @Catbone are you sure you wanna get married???? Jk jkAnyone going to the Thirsty Orange in JC tomorrow?
Everyone I know who's owned a pool has regretted it. Small sample size admittedly, but they're a huge hassle and take a ton of money.
I have had a BGE for over 40 years and have not found anything to compare with them. I actually have 2 now, a mini for my wife and me and a great extra large for bigger occasions. I have cooked as many as 70 hamburgers and 50 hot dogs in just over 30 minutes to serve 75 guests. It is also excellent for baby back ribs, turkeys, pizza, pork roasts, fish, prime rib roasts, shrimp and just about anything you want to cook. Nothing cooks like a BGE.This is also a good point. I don’t have one of these but have heard great things and takes away some of the learning curve I was talking about in my post.
I loved my pool at our old house. Will 100% be getting a pool again if we move back to Florida. Hopefully this time with the tanning platforms.
