I’ve been intermittent fasting by skipping breakfast and having 2 of the orgain protein drinks from Costco for lunch/afternoon snack. Then whatever for dinner. Have gone from 207 to 191 in about 2 mos
I've done nearly the same thing and have gone from 218.4 to 200.2 this morning since the 2nd of this month. Hoping to lose another 15 pounds.

Yeah, I just don’t see anything at linebacker, OL, or DL.

Everyone can point to a player or two at those positions, but you need a handful of above average players at each of those positions to survive in this conference. If we get good health, I could see 6 wins. If all goes to hell like a few years ago, 3-4 wins is on the table.

Our DL will be fine which will help the LB and secondary. Hate to say it but toe boy should’ve helped a lot. 6-6 should happen unless health suffers.

IF is somehow just my natural state. Don't even like eating early in the day. Makes me more tired than wakeful.

Agree it helps, but do you find yourself ever eating really large dinners? Sometimes I wonder if it's leaving me so hungry that's why I can easily eat 1,000+ calorie dinners if I'm not very mindful.

And while I have nothing to support this, it feels like calories/meal can be as important as calories/day. So, if you have 1,600 calories to eat, but it eat it all in 2 hours...I don't think you'll lose the weight the same than if it was spread out over 8 hours, say. Just my own anecdotal evidence.

Quick note on pools from someone who has never owned one… and this probably carries over for most big purchases…

If it’s not a must have, make it a don’t have.

The last thing you want is long term regret on something you were never really sold on in the beginning

Really hate public bacteria frappes. Public pools gross me out. If I had the money I’d put in a personal pool. But it’s really hard to commit when it’s just a handful of months you can use it in Tennessee.

It’s really just total calories in/out. I do fine with 250-300 calories during the day. I do probably eat larger dinners to get me to 1400-1500 for the day. My BMR is probably about 2000 and I usually have 6-7000 steps from work per day. And I’ll usually either lift or run on most days so I’m probably minus 1000 per day

We also lost our 2 best LBs, 2 best RBs, out best OL, our best WR, and our best defensive back. I think the offense will be better but I'm not sure how much since I have no idea what Milton can do. It seems likely the defense will be worse. 6-6 feels about right given those negatives combined with the positives you list.

If Heupel and company do better than 6-6 they'll deserve a lot of credit as a staff. They'll be proving your statement that we've upgraded coaching at all those positions. Putting a brand new offense in place while integrating so many transfers into the team and winning immediately will be impressive.

the RB room is fine. We are just as good if not better right now. Also its hard for me to count Chandler or Crouch as big losses.

If Thompson happens to make the roster, the New Orleans Saints is quickly becoming UT southwest... Tuttle, Calloway, Wolf, Thompson, and Kamara..... BTW-- go to ESPN and look at their roster--- by Kamara, it says his college is Alabama!? WTF???!!
Thompson was released. Maybe practice squad?

I see pulling a GA onto the depth chart hasn't discouraged them.

"Thank you for coming to the faculty mixer, sponsored by the football program. I hope you all enjoy yourselves. Now before we begin mingling, is the anyone that knows how to football and has any NCAA eligibility left? ....."

Sorry off topic…..just got back from a family vacation to Destin. I flew American for the first time in years. All 4 legs of the trip had at least an hour delay due to “maintenance issues”. While on the plane there was condensation leaks, call bell that rang the entire flight due to short circuit, and duct tape holding tray tables in place. I fly all the time with Delta for work and have never seen anything close to that. Horrible

But those have HOAs... Eww

We have a neighborhood pool and our HOA is operated solely by the residents. We only pay $250 per year and it is great. I have lived in neighborhoods run by HOA companies and they are horrible. If the residents run it, there is a much better chance it doesn't turn tyrannical.
