You are the only one spewing this crap. Heupel’s hardly been here any time, we aren’t in the baseless rumor stages yet. If Harrison Bailey gave us a better chance at winning I have to assume he would be starting. If you are receiving info, I would consider the source and their agenda. They sound like sour grapes over Bailey being 3rd string. Of course Bailey could lead us to wins and no one knows which QB is actually our best option, but I’ll assume Heupel is qualified to decide until he proves otherwise. His 2 predecessors got the benefit of the doubt way too long so I don’t think people will give heup that benefit. I did not do any of the last part of your post. I hope he is great when he gets his shot, hopefully it’s here but no one is seeing this accurate passer you are describing. I am far from believing Milton is some sort of star either, his numbers are troubling.
Way to put words in my mouth. Literally all I said was Milton was brought in to be JH’s guy and no other QB proved they could not make that happen. I defended Bailey because people were making it out like he is a bad QB, when he isn’t. LA Vol literally said the same things I said without so much context. I don’t care who starts, I want to win. I also said I’m excited to see Milton play and see how he has improved. But please spin the narrative, reading comprehension would be your friend.

Pitt will be like Missouri last year. They will suck to start the year but finish pretty strong.

Their Ws and Ls were nearly symmetric 1st half to 2nd half of the season. They didn't finish well though. Last 2 games they gave 100 points.

But I digress, why think they'll start poor and finish better? Believe they are returning their QB and are in year 8 under Narduzzi. Those are things I would think would help continuity and cause fewer early hiccups. Don't see them having a very high ceiling either to build toward.

RF, my mom needs you prayers. She was hospitalized yesterday with COVID. On a vent. She got sick 2 days after getting her first vaccination. She is my hero for all she sacrificed in raising me as a single parent. I am headed back on E-leave tomorrow from SW Asia. I pray she can see, hug and kiss her grandchildren again. My girls are what she lives for. She hasn't seen them in almost 3 mo.

Prayers coming you way.

He could have done better. I would say he's been okay, not "damn good".
Jeff Simmons, AJ brown, Nate Davis, Kevin byard, Corey Davis, jonnu smith, David long, jayon brown, Amani hooker are all super solid. Two have moved on and damn good money elsewhere. Rashaan evans not a big fan of. Just last years draft is the only one he did not do well. One contributor (Chris Jackson)

They did hold bc state to 30 and Boston College to 31…… they are decent but beatable
They seem to stay within striking distance well. Only Clemson and ND were able to really dominate them. They also lost 2 games by just a single point. We better come prepared to fight the full 4 quarters.

Pot meet kettle. I’d like to see where people said he was bad. Just from a reference that he is currently a game manager and not as dynamic as Milton? You got defensive pretty easily. Bailey just needs time, and most know he still has time to develop. The discussion just went somewhere that no one suggested.

He failed to score 30 points only three times in 3 years at UCF. One was the bowl game last year that they weren't even able to practice for. How does it fall apart against good defenses?

He scored 32 against LSU at UCF. He scored 33 against Cincy last year. GA only scored 24 against them.
That was his rep at Mizzou for sure. I want him to be successful but it’s a legitimate criticism that his offense hasn’t been nearly as productive against talented defenses. The reason he can easily put up 30+ is because those conferences do not have great defenses and he plays with a lot of tempo.

Against LSU, one TD was a pick 6 and the last TD was in the last 2 minutes when LSU was up 2+ scores. They only managed 250 yards in the entire game including 75 yards on that last drive where LSU was playing more of a prevent defense.

I’m excited for the offense and getting to see our talent being used properly but I do wonder if this offensive system can beat great defenses.

In the LSU game he was also playing a back up QB who was terrible and still put up those points. He beats them with McKenzie Milton. I think people are trying to find a way to criticize the best offense in college football for the last 3 years.

They should be use to each other…. Coaches have met two of the past three years.
