Those were STARTERS choosing elsewhere. Bailey returned and competed to be a starter armed with the same information. He got beaten out and Heupel set him up to be redshirted. Other than the timing, there’s nothing to hate.

Honestly, not sure how anyone can blame HB for wanting to leave. I can understand being upset by the timing, but you can't blame the kid for wanting to find a place he could potentially start. But I also don't think everyone has to have a "wish him the best" attitude. I don't wish him ill, but once he leaves the team, he leaves my orbit, unless we're playing him. And in that case I'm certainly not wishing him the best. I'm hoping every pass he throws is a pick 6.
