We played Pitt down to the wire and they had about 14 Covid Seniors including a great QB. Probably would have won if Hooker had been the starting QB and without the Bad spot. We beat Ole Miss except the refs screwed us. Destroyed USC and SC. If you don't think that's good progress esp since we have no depth then you are just looking for a reason to complain.

Yeah, I wish. But I think it's the school that gets punished. OU can claim they did not know. TN can't and if they did it would be said they should have.

Unless he has 3 years left. We are all hoping for TJ to develop quickly but you just never know. If we had one other stud QB give TJ a red shirt season and then let him compete for starter position.

Alabama and Tennessee game won Cable TV for college season. Sankey needs to stay out of the way- college football would be much better off if VOLS were good again.

I’ve seen him play and I have no concern about facing him as an opponent

All that said, that's what makes those who chose to stay right up there with my all time favorite Vols! VFLs instead of personal reasons.

Yes Simpson does play 2A ball. With that said he is putting up stupid numbers against his competition. They have lost 1 game this season and thats to the defending state champ peaybody. Im taking Simpson over Jackson everyday.

I think y'all just want the highly ranked guy going to AL. Would be a good story and help recruiting.

I just don't like the guy and how he treated the coaches at Clemson as well as Tennessee. Reminds me of Rattler.

I don’t like Bailey leaving but…
Not sure why people think the timing is off. With early signing being the REAL signing day, he has about 7 weeks to put himself out there so that programs can evaluate him vs their QB commits, offers, and other portal QB’s. After signing day it seems most teams are more set in the QB room, save for new portal entrants and he has less options… sucks for us though, he may not be a world beater but he was better than JG and now we have a depth issue…
