Kentucky is a team that if we come out blazing and on fire like we did against Missouri & South Carolina it'll be a game they aren't equipped to win.
If we don't come out like that (Ole Miss, Pitt, Bama, UF) then we risk our defense fading before we can close the gap.
One thing we've not seen from this team yet is the ability to comeback on teams. Pitt outscored us 27-20 in the first half and we never could overcome it. Florida was up on us 17-14, but then stretched it out in the 3rd quarter and we didn't have the answer to close the gap again. Ole Miss got up 24-12 going into half and despite us shutting them down in the 2nd half it was too big of a lead to overcome.
So from the "realist" standpoint that's the one area it'd be nice to see improvement. Hopefully we can just gas Kentucky, but maybe against Georgia the ability to rally from behind and win an upset could be major for this squad and momentum for staff moving forward.
Ughhh you are talking about teams with Heisman QBs and great offenses. Kentucky offense is average at best. Their defense keeps them in games. Even if we start slow, their offense does not scare me at all.
I had Plantar factitious and used a percussion massager on my calves and the tendon about 5-10 minutes a couple of times a day and stretched my calves. It went away in a couple of weeks.Okay, you are most likely correct. 100% of Plantar Fasciitis is due to the Gastrocnemius being too tight.
Learn to do the Achilles/Gastrocnemius wall stretch. Hold for at least 60 seconds if not longer. 5 times during the day and another 5 times right before bed.
Buy a Futuro Plantar Fasciitis Night Support. Wear it every night. It will keep you from losing flexibility each night. Wear it and stretch daily until you have been pain Free for 2 months.
Also get Voltaren gel (now over the counter) apply to the painful area and your Achilles two times daily. The OTC strength is the same as the prescription strength. They sell it at Costco in bigger amounts.

Proper stretch technique; heel always on the floor, knee on the back stretch leg is straight, to stretch you shift your hips closer to the wall, your leg acts as a fulcrum to apply force across the ankle, toes pointed directly at the wall (foot not angled at all), take it only to the point of a pull, absolutely no pain or your brain will perceive the stretch as trauma and tighten the muscle up even more.
Hopefully that helps!
UK doesn’t have the offensive prowess of Pitt, Ole Miss, Bama. Their defenses is good tho.
They are one dimensional like always (just not quite as terrible). They average 196 pass ypg.
I would imagine the game plan will be opposite of Ole Miss. Force them to beat us through the air, which I firmly believe only Wan’dale can do. So double him all day. The only concern is Levis’s legs. He’s athletic and can make plays on the ground and that’s clearly the biggest weakness on our defense.
You only offered $20 for payment…not my specialty at all. Just trying to make ends meet. Plus Weezer said that he could secure a 5* DT with a testicle… it was for the team…you’re a VFL correct? You still have the more important left one…
There is a "power lifter" at my gym that comes in for 2 hours, never lifts and talks to the ladies. I guess one of his buddies asked big boy to help him get big and big boy took him to the bench machine, he did 4 sets of 80 lb bench and big boy said. That's a good start and they left.Five minutes later no more reps performed but they are still talking so I think he’s making gains.
Without objectifying, I’ll just call it based on my opinion…She has those unusual curve ratios but isn’t particularly stunning
Ben Watson has to be up there. Jonathan Joseph and stephon Gilmore too. Chris hope had a decent NFL career too.Nvm I just looked it up. It’s doing their pro careers not high school
Actual list:
QB: Mason Rudolph
RB: Stephen Davis (ayy got it right)
WR: Roddy White
DL: Richard Seymour
LB: Harry Carson
DB: Donnie Shell
Seems like a lot of work.
Plantar fasciitis sux. Stretch that mother everyday! Who know stretching was important??? I hate stretching.Okay, you are most likely correct. 100% of Plantar Fasciitis is due to the Gastrocnemius being too tight.

Those random recruiting threads are started in Football Forum and recently a moderator has been moving them to the RF. If we ignore them, maybe they will stop.Who are those people in portal thread?
Exactly. Wife went through it awhile back. Lasted nearly a year. Got so bad she couldn't walk some days. Used that same night splint in the picture, some needle therapy and a couple of shots along with the exercises before it got better. Still does the stretching every morning. So if you like that plantar fasciitis pain, don’t do anything and it will keep getting worse…. If you are into pain, @Weezer has this little side gig that you may be interested in…
