So if you like that plantar fasciitis pain, don’t do anything and it will keep getting worse…. If you are into pain, @Weezer has this little side gig that you may be interested in…😂

Speaking of pain and work...

MRI confirmed solid structure in right shoulder, maybe showed a touch of labral damage from a slip and fall last winter, but nothing significant. Nine months after fall, I can barely reach my butt due to the pain in my shoulder. So...any stretchy gizmo druggy help thingies...or am I gonna have to become left handed?

Seems like a lot of work. 🤣

Okay, had to respond to this twice.

Either I can fix it really quick or @nicksjuzunk can.
Two quick slashes with a Karambit to sever your Achilles’ tendons and you will never be bothered by Plantar Fasciitis again. Won’t run again either, but at your age, no big loss. A slow shuffle is probably your top speed anyway. So follow my medical advice or I can handle it the Memphis way…you make the call. 🤔

Truth hurts. We still haven’t beat anyone worth a crap but you guys already offering extensions just because a team shows a little fight.
That may very well be true but we just took Bama, on the road, to a one score game with 9 minutes left in the game before a big turnover changed the narrative and the final score. That's what we're excited about. This team does not quit and that's attributed to good coaching. You need to crawl back under whatever rock you came from and leave our excitement alone.

Okay, you are most likely correct. 100% of Plantar Fasciitis is due to the Gastrocnemius being too tight.

Learn to do the Achilles/Gastrocnemius wall stretch. Hold for at least 60 seconds if not longer. 5 times during the day and another 5 times right before bed.
Buy a Futuro Plantar Fasciitis Night Support. Wear it every night. It will keep you from losing flexibility each night. Wear it and stretch daily until you have been pain Free for 2 months.
Also get Voltaren gel (now over the counter) apply to the painful area and your Achilles two times daily. The OTC strength is the same as the prescription strength. They sell it at Costco in bigger amounts.

Proper stretch technique; heel always on the floor, knee on the back stretch leg is straight, to stretch you shift your hips closer to the wall, your leg acts as a fulcrum to apply force across the ankle, toes pointed directly at the wall (foot not angled at all), take it only to the point of a pull, absolutely no pain or your brain will perceive the stretch as trauma and tighten the muscle up even more.

Hopefully that helps! 🤠
Any professional advice for my posterior tibial tendonitis?

Those random recruiting threads are started in Football Forum and recently a moderator has been moving them to the RF. If we ignore them, maybe they will stop.
Just a reminder:
The Football Forum: where ever poster’s random thought becomes a thread. I started there, but soon saw the light of this thread shining like a beacon on a dark stormy night.
Weezer, take note.

If we are only using one all-time D-lineman then Reggie is the pick, but if we are building an all-time defensive line from Tennessee high school players, Doug Atkins has to be on it.

Doug Atkins, John Henderson, Reggie White
As a front three.
Opponent QBs would enter the transfer portal before the half. Not to mention their RBs…and their OTs…
🤠

I saw that yesterday after I saw somebody here say Evans could transfer. I did some digging and someone tweeted that Evans and Ewers both took down their team stuff from their social media. I think evans put his back up though

My what a coup if we could get Ewers!
He would thrive in CJH’s offense.
Please, please, please, please, please!
Watched him play QB for 3 years at Southlake. Absolutely need to figure out how to make it happen. Team player too.

15+-0 every year he starts!

🤠

I know people that said that the CBD oil works for their dogs.
Glucosamine/Chondroitin Sulfate is also known to work.
So is Omega 3 fish oil.

Try all 3, even together. Buy the human version at Costco or Sam’s.
The pet versions are way more expensive, but end up being exactly the same.

There’s an injectable version of glucosamine that works really well. We had a dog with arthritis and a veterinarian friend would give me the expired horse version that worked great! He would dance around like a puppy, after hobbling around like an old man (@InVOLuntary). There’s a newer version for dogs that also works very well, but is also pricey.
Are you talking about Pentosan or generic Acetyl d glucosamine?

Real talk...sometimes I don't know if you fully read the entire post before firing off on a tangent you yourself made up.

Kentucky is a team that if we come out blazing and on fire like we did against Missouri & South Carolina it'll be a game they aren't equipped to win.

What about that opening statement leads you to the reply you made? Everything else I said was about our team and how the teams that have beaten us have been able to defensively slow us down. I think Kentucky is an upgraded version of South Carolina, so we need to see our 1st half effort against them not our 2nd half.
Ok guy. Before coming at me, I did read the whole comment. But then you only point out your first sentence in your response? How about you read what you wrote? The second sentence stated that if we don’t come out fast then our defense could fade. What leads you to say that when their offense is average as hell? Plus someone else even called you on it. And yesterday, aren’t you the one that said kids who transfer never have good careers? Lol. If you don’t like my responses, then put me on ignore.

I haven't heard the Napier rumors yet. Would be hilarious if they got Beamer to jump ship from USC.
This is what my VA Tech buddy sent me...

o if Napier does become the guy at VT he would try to implement a Bama type culture and football operations at VT. In articles it's been stated he's even used the term "the journey" as kind of a copy of the process. Think Napier would definitely get some of Alabama influence into his staff here like he's had at his Louisiana staff. Was thinking of Alabama connections he would have that could make sense for VT especially if he wants to budget his money to make sure we have a big support staff. Think might be good to catch some rising stars in some instances: Doug Belk - Current DC for Houston from GA that's considered a rising star (was elevated from Co-DC so GA wouldn't take him as safeties coach). Was a GA at Alabama while Napier was there. Maybe something to watch out for how Houston's defense looks against SMU this Saturday Jeff Norrid - Current OL coach for Napier at Louisiana that spent 3 years at Bama as offensive quality control. Also worked at Auburn and was the OL coach for FAU with Kiffin for a year. Mark Hocke - Current strength coach for Louisiana that has 6 years of experience at Alabama as well as working at Georgia, Florida State and Texas A&M. Mike Miller - Current TEs coach for Maryland that spent 2 years at Alabama. Also was a student assistant under Dabo. Time didn't overlap with Napier at Bama but still someone that's currently coaching in region with Bama ties. Was on 247 30 under 30 list a couple of years ago. Kyle Pope - Current DL for Memphis but he is very young. Was at Alabama for 2 years then coached at Liberty before going to Memphis. Known as a great recruiter and was on the 247 30 under 30 list for this year Johnathan Galante - Special teams football analyst for Alabama that was a grad assistant at VT too. Maybe would want to come back as support staff. Anybody know of any coaches (besides Charles Huff) that grew up in our region and has experience at Alabama.

I'm not a nega and I think Heupel is showing great promise and he gives me hope..but..

IF..IF..IF..Bailey goes off somewhere else while we piddle around with mediocre QBs after Hooker leaves...then Heupels judgment of Bailey will be fair game and justifiably worthy of criticism.

I don't believe Bailey will though. I think he will turn out to be mediocre at best.
I doubt Bailey will go anywhere that has the same type of offense UT runs. If he goes to a pro style offense with a good OL, he probably will succeed. That's not a knock on Heupel because he doesn't run that style of offense. Apples to oranges
