I can't afford audiobooks, plus I don't know if it will be any different from reading with this attention problem I have now. I have trouble staying with a movie no matter how much I like it nowadays.
So my wife was given backstage vip concert tickets to Lynard Skynard this coming Saturday and we are a bit of disagreement on going.
Concert is at 7, game is at 7, and I could give two Brandon’s about seeing Lynard Skynard!!!
Kentucky outside linebacker Jordan Wright missed a few games early in the season with an ankle injury. The nagging setback might have taken a turn for the worse. Wright was carted off the field at the end of the second quarter. The injury forced Marquez Bembry to take more snaps on the edge of UK’s defense.
. Dare Rosenthalsuffered an apparent knee injury. The LSU transfer limped as the UK training staff helped him off the field. Vito Tisdale also needed help to get off the field at one point. He was able to return before limping off again late in the game.
Hate it. I really do.Kentucky’s head coach did not provide specific details regarding the status of each injury. We should know more on Monday. Octavious Oxendine, Keaton Upshaw and D’Eryk Jackson have already been lost for the season and Marquan McCall just missed his third straight game.
Kentucky was physically beat up at Mississippi State and it shows.
Thanks for the advice everyone. I need a new series and both sound great. If I was to start a new one, which is better? Iron Druid or Dresden Files?Have you read The Dresden Files series. I rank it right up there with The Iron Druid.
Both are absolutely awesome audiobooks as well. Voice actors are great for both series.
Get a free local library card, then download Libby. It’s an app that you link to your library card then you can checkout ebooks & audiobooks for free for 21 days. They don’t have every book available, but do have a huge library available for free.

I drive 3 hours one way one day every other week and it keeps those drives enjoyable. With Audible.com, you can join for @ $13 per month. Gets you one credit. They have a bunch of free audiobooks included with membership.
Frequent 2 for 1 sales and $5 sales keep prices reasonable.
I have a 30-45 minute drive each way for work. Audiobooks keep me entertained.

Might have to start with Iron Druid as Dresden Files seems to have ton of books to get through.Don’t make me pick
The Dresden Files is about a wizard who lives in Chicago and works as a private investigator. It’s often really funny. Voice actor played Spike on Buffy the Vampire Slyer tv series. Great!
The Iron Druid is about the last ancient Druid, but he looks like he is mid 20s. He can communicate with animals and his Irish Wolfhound is hilarious. Voice actor is Like Daniels. Also great!
I started reading both, but my son and I would listen to audiobooks on the way to his baseball practices/games or Scout campouts.
I got hooked on both series through the audiobooks and never went back to the written version. Can’t go wrong reading but the voice actors are just so awesome that I enjoy that more. Plus I don’t have the time for pleasure reading, but great use of drive time.
