Yeah, he's looking at several years in prison. . . I knew a guy charged with felony death by motor vehicle, ended up with 15years. . . really, should've been much more, imo. Out having a good time and decide to drive drunk and this happens. Changes a lot of lives instantly and could be avoided so easily. What's an uber cost these days and how hard is it to get one? If I go out to drink, I have an uber pick me up. Cost me $100 for 2 riders for the whole night and several different bars.

It’s early but potentially good news for this week: I asked specifically about Tiyon,… Cade…. Simmons and Theo and he said they were all full participants in practice today….. He also stated that he thinks everyone will be back this week.

First, these things have gotten more serious and public in the last 23 years. Second, it depends on the state law. In TN, he would be facing mandatory jail time if convicted as charged.

Yeah that's true also depends a bit on what sort of history Ruggs has, if he's got prior arrest or anything could be a lot bigger deal will also depend on what charges end up being filed by the DA once they get that far.
